It’s normal to have a radio on yacht. But to "normally" use it it’s not enough to know where the switch on button is. It has its own secrets that are worth exploring. Moreover, every self-respecting charter whether in Poland or abroad requires at least one of the crew member hold the SRC certificate as a proof of skill to use short range radio. To obtain such a certificate one must pass the exam. It can be approached without completing a course but we advise to do it more properly by taking part in our training.

TRAINING MODE
Classes start at 0900 and last approximately 7 hours. Training is divided into two parts. About 5 hours of theory and 2 hours of exercises. All students participate in theoretical part then got divided into two groups. The first has a two hour break, the second practise operation of the radio. Then training continues for the second group. During two food&drink breaks you will have the opportunity to use our discount card in cooperating with us places- details here.
The classes are provided by certified navigators and qualified instructors in a professionally prepared training room with modern facilities.
The students receive manual book accompanied by CD with SRC simulator software.
